Our approach
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as a practical benchmark. The site is designed with semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus states, responsive layouts, readable contrast, descriptive image text, reduced-motion support, and controls with accessible names.
Current scope
This statement covers the public pages on pcwds.ca. Third-party websites, email services, and future independently hosted applications may have their own accessibility features and limitations. We will review each application as it is prepared for public use.

If something is difficult to read, navigate, understand, or operate, email contact@pcwds.ca. Tell us which page you were using, what happened, and what device or assistive technology you used if you are comfortable sharing it.
Response and improvement
We will acknowledge accessibility feedback, investigate the issue, and provide the information in another reasonable format when possible. Accessibility is ongoing work, so feedback helps us prioritize useful improvements.
