Information you choose to send

If you submit the project brief form, we receive your name, email address, project selections, and anything you choose to include about your business or project. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information to help prevent automated abuse, and our email provider processes the enquiry and acknowledgement so they can be delivered. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information, or other highly sensitive information through the form or ordinary email.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits, referral sources, and website performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and says it does not track individual visitors or collect or use visitors’ personal data. It runs automatically and does not use cookies.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics for more detailed traffic and performance reporting. It only runs if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and it sets cookies to recognize repeat visits. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Neither analytics service gives us custom enquiry events, form contents, names, or email addresses. This website does not use advertising trackers. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser using local storage.

Other technical information

The website host and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used

Information you send is used to acknowledge and reply to your enquiry, understand possible work, provide requested services, and keep reasonable business records. Aggregate analytics help us understand which public pages are useful and how the site performs. Technical logs are used for security, reliability, spam prevention, and troubleshooting. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and service providers

Messages and business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, an active business relationship, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Hosting, analytics, domain, infrastructure, anti-abuse, and email providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.
